Finding a reliable, affordable and knowledgeable handyman has been no small feat. The work I needed performed was to repair/remove and rebuild an unsafe deck for my 90 year old mother’s home. I live in another state so finding someone I could trust was of utmost importance. Josh and his brother from JS Handyman Services LLC were quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I explained what was needed and that my mom lives on a fixed income and funds were limited. After receiving several estimates from local businesses I began to think the job wasn’t going to happen. Although Josh came in with a lower estimate it was still not affordable for my mom’s budget. He proceeded to asked what my mom could afford then quickly came  up with a plan that would get the job done. We determined some things that weren’t necessary could be dropped and some postponed to a later date. None of the other businessmen made an attempt to help or think outside of the box. Josh repaired the deck and made it safe, sturdy and beautiful. He was respectful and kind to my 90 year old mom at all times. I will definitely use JS Handyman Services LLC again.  I highly recommend this local family business.
